Miss question asked:

I was wondering if employees of Sears wear black or tan khaki pants? I am also wondering if they have a certain dress code? Does Sears provide a shirt? Anyone who works for Sears as a sales associate please let me know. Thanks a bunch! :)

I use to work for Sears in 2004. We were allowed to wear black or tan khaki pants. They wanted the shirt to be a polo shirt, either white or black shirt. No stripes anywhere. We bought the shirt on our own. It wasn’t provided. The shirt looks like this but our store didn’t allow a blue shirt.

It’s best to call your local store and ask about the color of the shirt. I remember recently watching a Sears TV commercial and an employee had a blue polo shirt on. Makes me wonder if different Sears stores have different dress code or maybe they changed colors in recent years.
