My local sears is hiring for the position of Merchandise Presentation and Signing, but I am not sure what that position is, or what you have to do. Can someone please give me a description of what that position is? Thanks!
Also, is this an overnight job? And if you have ever worked this position, do you usually get a set schedule or does it vary from week to week?

Stocking, changing the pricing signs, and setting up planograms.
Sundays - Come in to set up the signing for the new sale ad. Usually you’ll be scheduled to come in around 7am. Sometimes there are also midweek and weekend Ads. What time you have to come in for those depends on the store.
Mondays thru Thusdays - Reording Out of Stocks. Every empty peghook has to be filled or the merchandise has to be reordered. Which departments you are in charge of depends on if you are designated as Softlines or Hardlines when you are hired.
Monday thru Friday - Plan-o-Grams. These are detailed maps from corperate citing changes in current presentation.
There are a good deal of other responsibilties, but these are 3 of the biggest.
If you can get the job it’s a great launching pad. It’s the one entry level position that’ll you’ll learn the most from.
Very seldom will you be scheduled overnight, and schedules can be set to be semi steady. I guess it all depends on how well you get along with your new supervisor.
