What are some requirements and qualifications for loss prevention associate at sears?

i attained a interview after an online application with sears for a LPA. i dont have any job experience and im quite surprised i got a call for an interview. i didnt really know what LPA does and i just clicked it because it sounded interesting. i was wondering what i would be doing if i got hired and if someone without any experience can actually get hired.

      You could search Yahoos archives to find other answers - I found this open chat:
      Loss prevention could mean safety in the work place - harassment training, safety inspections etc. Or it could be preventing loss form theft. Stores have security - plain clothed ordinary people with a can of Mace in their pockets who act like shoppers to watch suspicious shoppers.
