A surprise gift idea that will bring many smiles!

I am looking for a surprise gift for my partner this year for Christmas. A friend mentioned to me that I should consider a 20″ Sylvania LCD Television. I have never heard of this brand but apparently her friend purchased one and has nothing but a good experience. I plan to do a little extra research into this to see what she is talking about. The first place I plan to look is consumer review sites. This is a great place to sort out what’s good and what’s not.
